Welcome to GCA! We're honored that you've chosen us. Here are some things to know before your appointment:

All treatments are performed in a community room, meaning there will be a few other people in the room with you. We have a private office available to discuss any sensitive information you'd rather not share in the community room. We run white noise machines and soothing music during treatments - if you're sound or light sensitive, consider bringing ear buds/plugs and/or an eye mask.
We strive to be a fragrance-free office. Please help us by avoiding scented lotions, perfumes, and shampoos before your appointment.

​We require a deposit for initial visits which is applied to the cost of your treatment. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your appointment time, your deposit will be refunded in full. Please email us to request your refund. Our software isn’t able to process it automatically.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Late cancellations (canceled with less than 24 hours' notice) are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Missed appointments with no notice are subject to the full cost of the appointment.
