Initial or intake appointments are made by phone. We're starting you off with a phone call because we've had a number of no shows of brand new patients, which not only costs us money (close to $150 per intake), but makes that time unavailable to someone else who needs an appointment. Please call 413-772-0077 and leave a message requesting an appointment. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Once you are registered by phone, you will be able to make your own appointments online.
We also require a $15 deposit at time of registration. This deposit will be applied to your first visit (eg if your intake charge is $36, $15 will be paid at registration, and you will owe $21 at the time of your visit).
The $15 is non-refundable if you don't cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time, or if you simply do not show up.
Once you have made your appointment, you should print and fill out the Registration and Health History Forms, and bring them with you. (The button for these is to the right of this column.)
Acupuncture intake appointments last 90 minutes, and includes a one-time additional fee of $11. We spend half an hour going over your medical history and orienting you to the clinic, and then give you a treatment.
Herbal consults: first visits are 40 minutes, follow-ups are 15 minutes. See the Herbal Medicine page for more information, including cost.
About $11 Tuesdays: we've chosen to offer these deeply discounted days for people who are experiencing economic hardship, or who would find it difficult to pay for necessary treatments more than once a week. We don't do intakes on these days because it ties up practitioner time that could better be used to treat patients.

Once you've created an account and have scheduled your appointment, you can print the forms you will need to bring to your first visit.
If you can't print them, we do have hard copies at the clinic. Just come 15 minutes early for your first appointment.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Once you complete your registration and hit that button, you are agreeing to our Financial Policy, which is included in the forms above and is printed on the registration form.
This is very important.
We appreciate that you have chosen us for your care, and the money you pay us (not pay an insurance company, but pay the actual people who give you your care) goes to pay the wages of our fabulous practitioners. If you make an appointment and change your mind and don't cancel, that affects their wages.
We say every treatment is $25 (except on $11 Tuesdays), and that is mostly true. However, you can receive a further discount if you are a farmer, or a Green Fields Market owner/member, or a Green Fields Market staff member.
